3) What Trendify AI Does
Trendify AI helps creators and brands generate viral‑ready social media assets — captions, hashtags, post ideas, hooks, thumbnails, and performance‑friendly visuals — using AI. Depending on your settings, the App may analyze recent trends, your past posts, or target keywords to suggest content and best‑time schedules.
4) Data We Collect
a) Information you provide
- Account/profile (if available): display name, avatar, language, niche, country.
- Content & prompts: text prompts, captions, hashtags, uploaded images/thumbnails, brand keywords you enter to tailor outputs.
- Support: email address and message content when you contact us.
b) Automatically collected
- Device & app data: model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, region, crash logs, diagnostics, performance metrics.
- Usage data: features used, session duration, template picks, basic event telemetry (anonymous or pseudonymous where possible).
- Short‑lived logs: timestamps and status codes for reliability and abuse prevention. We do not build ad profiles.
c) From platforms you connect (optional)
If you connect a social platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), we only access the scopes you grant (e.g., read public metrics, publish permission) to provide requested features. You can disconnect anytime in the App or the platform’s settings.
d) Payments/subscriptions
Handled by Apple in‑app purchase. We receive non‑sensitive purchase metadata (product, region, renewal status) to manage entitlements. We do not receive full payment card details.

6) AI/ML Processing
Processing may occur on‑device or via secure cloud inference depending on feature and device. When cloud inference is used, inputs are sent over encrypted channels and discarded after processing unless you save them.
- Model improvement: We do not use your private content to train public models without explicit opt‑in. Aggregated, de‑identified stats may help evaluate feature quality.
- Human review: Limited, strictly controlled reviews may occur for abuse prevention/quality audits.

8) Payments & Subscriptions
Purchases are processed by Apple using your Apple ID. We receive limited metadata to activate your subscription. Refunds and billing issues are handled by Apple under App Store policies.

11) Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described or required by law. Short‑lived technical logs roll off automatically. You can delete saved prompts, drafts, and outputs in‑app where available.
