Subscriptions and in‑app purchases are processed via the Apple App Store using your Apple ID. Prices and terms are shown in your local currency. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s App Store policies.
All trademarks, software, designs, and brand materials associated with Trendify AI are the property of APPSTERRA YAZILIM TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI or its licensors. You may not use any of these materials without prior written permission.
Trendify AI relies on machine learning and natural language models. Outputs may occasionally include inaccuracies or unintended results. We are not responsible for any consequences arising from your use or interpretation of AI‑generated content. Always verify information before sharing or publishing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid within the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
